The Radiance Collective Terms & Conditions:

This agreement is made and entered into between Sabi Kerr & The Radiance Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the Members (“you,” “your”).

Payment Terms: 

a. The Radiance Collective is a membership with a minimum commitment of 6 months. So that you are fully invested in the membership experience, no refunds will be issued. Should you decide to discontinue before 6 months, you will still be expected to make remaining payments up to the 6 month commitment if on a payment plan. Should you not do so, legal action may be taken.

b. For 1:1 sessions as part of the VIP option: you agree to cancel or reschedule a session more than 24 hours prior to scheduled session if needed. If you do not reschedule prior to this time, that session will be forfeited.

Scope of Services: 

a. The VIP option includes one 60 minute 1:1 session a month (x6 months) and one day a week of private Voxer message support (for 6 months), in addition to everything else in the membership. Voxer support will commence after the first session, and if using the voice message function, these are to be limited to 2 minutes each.

b. You are aware that the membership activities are not intended to solve medical issues or be a substitute for therapy, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. By participating in the membership, you acknowledge that we are not acting in the capacity of a psychologist, doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor, and you take full responsibility for how you manage any personal issues that arise. 

c. You acknowledge that The Radiance Collective is a dynamic community and we’ll be working to continuously improve the membership experience, which may mean shifts to the content along the way. We reserve the right to adjust the membership including dates of sessions, content and delivery type, and structure of sessions.

d. You acknowledge that you take responsibility for how you utilise the membership content and there will be no refunds based on a change in your schedule, circumstances or capacity to engage in the content.

e. You understand that we own all intellectual property inside the membership and the membership activities, and it must not be copied, or used for anything other than your own personal use while part of the membership.

The membership sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the online portal so that members can watch them again, but you acknowledge that these must not be shared with anyone outside of the membership.
