Pleasure Rebel Mastermind Coaching Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Sabi Kerr, hereafter referred to as “the Coach,” and the person submitting the payment, hereafter referred to as the “Client.” The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the details of the Parties relationship so that each are clear as to respective roles and how communication will take place so that the relationship will be positive, productive, and comfortable.

The Coach and the Client agree as follows:

TERMS

1. During the terms of this Agreement, the Coach agrees to provide consultations in accordance with the specific services set forth in the Coaching Package as outlined in Attachment A (at the end of this agreement). 
2. The service to be provided by the Coach to the Client is coaching. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, is a comprehensive process, which may address multiple areas of life including work, family, health, relationships, education and recreation.
3. The Client acknowledges that deciding how to handle any issues is their responsibility. 
4. Client is aware that Coach does not solve medical issues nor treat disease and that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. It is not a replacement for Client’s therapist or physician. If Client is presently under any form of psychiatric care or specialised medical supervision, Client is to inform Coach prior to working together. 
5. For 1:1 sessions, client agrees to cancel or reschedule a session more than 24 hours prior to scheduled session. If client does not reschedule prior to this time, that session will be forfeited.

METHODOLOGY

Coach will employ a range of methodologies and Client agrees to be open-minded and partake in methods proposed. Client understands that Coach makes no guarantees as to the outcome of the sessions or package. Client is fully responsible for the decisions and choices reached from the coaching sessions.

PAYMENT

1. The Client will make payment via website or other agreed upon method as outlined in Attachment A. 
2. So that Client is fully invested in this Package, no refunds will be issued. Should client decide at any time to discontinue the Package, Client will be still be expected to make remaining payments if on a payment plan. Should Client not do so, legal action may be taken by the Coach. 
3. Credit Card Authorization (if applicable for payment plan). Each Party hereto acknowledges that Coach will send an invoice or charge the credit card chosen by the Client on the dates and for the amounts specified in Attachment A. No sessions will be held until payment is made and if payment due is not paid within ten (10) days of due date, Client forfeits any remaining sessions.

DISCLAIMERS

By participating in coaching services, Client acknowledges that Sabi Kerr is not a psychologist, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor, and services do not replace the care of other professionals. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or advice. 

1. The Coach may provide the Client with information relating to products or services that the Coach believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. The Coach is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information or coaching provided. 
2. Any testimonials, earnings, or examples shown through Coach’s website, programs, and/or services are only examples of what may be possible for Client. There can be no assurance as to any particular outcome based on the use of Coach’s programs and/or services. 

ATTACHMENT A

The program includes the following:

1. 4 month mastermind including group sessions.
2. A 1:1 1-hour coaching session to be used within the 4 month mastermind. 

Payment terms:

Client agrees to pay either in full, or on a monthly payment plan. Payments are through Stripe via Kajabi.
